Our curriculum is designed to gradually increase a person’s flexibility, balance and overall coordination. As a student progresses through our program, increased strength, stamina and overall energy will occur. Quickness and reflex, along with the ability to defend oneself, are just part of a student’s development. Most important are the mental aspects of the Martial Arts.
In studying Hap Ki Do or Tae Kwon Do you will soon see that this is a way of life - not just a physical workout in the Do Jang. Like walking up a staircase, each belt level you achieve takes you closer and closer to your ultimate goal, to become a Black Belt.
